The latest member of the Hong Kong based Asia Insurance Group of companies with associated companies & branches in China, Indonesia,
Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei and Myanmar, Asia Insurance (Cambodia) was formed and registered in Phnom Penh, on March 19, 1996.

Asia Insurance Group is an association of four indigenous Asian Insurance Companies, namely; Asia Insurance Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong), The Asia Insurance Co. Ltd. (Singapore), Bangkok Insurance Public Co. Ltd. (Thailand) and Central Asia Insurance (Indonesia).

All four constituent members are well-established leading insurance groups in their respective countries of incorporation, strongly capitalised, soundly managed, having extensive business connections, and consistent record of development and profitability.

As the law on Insurance and its subsequent sub-decree are now in vigour, Asia Insurance (Cambodia) looks positively to the future in continually striving
